THE FIRST STAGE IS DESIGN
We will design your home for you in perspective, 3 dimensions, to scale. You will be able to work with us on the design as we proceed, after all, you know what you want, our job will be taking that idea from you and turning it into a working drawing. What you see is what you will get, a view of your home you can understand, not an architect plan that is confusing to understand or make changes to, but a drawing that you have also helped to create and therefore understand to the full.THE SECOND STAGE IS THE ARCHITECTS PLAN (CAD)
At this stage we have made it easer for the architect to understand the idea therefore cutting cost where we can. The engineering work will also be carried out giving you the accurate finished architectural drawing with electric, plumbing etc… in place ready to be passed by the Local Parish Council concern. We will also ask for the overall cost of the project at this stage, cost should include everything from foundation to roof.With Builders, Painters, Decorators, Carpenters, Plumbers, Roofing Contractors behind us we aim to provide you with the very best in construction.
